Figure skater Gabrielle Daleman has returned home from Sochi. Canada’s youngest Olympian in Sochi performed extraordinarily well (especially for her age + this was her first senior international competition) in the short and long program, placing 17th. A”Dazzling Debut”!

LITTLE KNOWN FACT: Pickering College in Newmarket was the filming location for the fictional Olympian figure skater character Kate Mosely’s rink in the popular movie Cutting Edge (1992)…fast-forward many years, and figure skater Gabrielle Daleman skated on this very same ice as a student at Pickering College.
